Focus 

Social Journal of Studies in Education is a peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on the socio-humanist approach in education, with a particular emphasis on the social, cultural, and humanist aspects of the learning process. This journal publishes qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research articles that examine issues such as education policy, social inclusion, digital literacy, religious moderation, educational leadership, and the integration of ethical and spiritual values ​​in the context of formal and non-formal education, including religious-based education such as Islamic Education.

Scope

  1. Sociology of Education – Analysis of the relationship between education and social structure, social inequality, social mobility, and the role of education in societal transformation.
  2. Educational Policy and Management – ​​Study of the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of educational policies, as well as the leadership and management of educational institutions.
  3. Inclusive Education and Social Justice – Research on access, participation, and equity in education, including issues of disability, gender, ethnicity, and social marginalization.
  4. Religious Education and Values ​​– Exploration of the integration of moral values, ethics, religious moderation, and pedagogical approaches in religious education, particularly in multicultural contexts.
  5. Digital Literacy and Educational Technology – Study of the use of technology, including AI, in education, with attention to digital literacy, academic integrity, and ethical implications.
  6. Character Development and Citizenship Education – Research on character formation, nationalism, tolerance, non-violence, and global citizenship in educational contexts.
