    Volume 1 Number 1 of the Social Journal of Studies in Education presents a variety of scholarly articles examining strategic issues in education, particularly those related to educational thought, character education, early childhood education, moral education, and the development of curiosity and learning motivation. This publication enriches the academic treasury through a multidisciplinary perspective that connects the thoughts of educational and Islamic figures with various contemporary educational issues. Contributions to the articles come from several universities and educational institutions, and involve collaborations between authors from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, thus expanding the academic network and providing an international perspective in the development of educational studies.

    We are pleased to present this issue featuring recent discussions and research in the field of Islamic education and educational development in the digital era.
